Getting Fit: How I made it (WIP)

So after almost 3 years of eating unhealthy foods, lots of sweets and the occasional beer I finally decided to get back in to shape in November of 2016. I hadn’t trained for almost 6 years and since i work an office job with not much physical activity it was not the easiest start. 4 Months down the road I am finally back to my old self. I lost about 14% of my Body Fat which is around 12 Kilos of pure fat. Now that I have lost all this weight its a little hard to believe I got so big in the first place. This time I am doing things differently, I used to go on very strict diets and training programs but 3 months down the road I got so tired and over exhausted that it just wasn’t sustainable for a longer period. So usually after those three months I had put back more weight then what I initially lost. So this time I am eating balance and healthier but still allow my occasional cheat meal. Since my meal plan has been more balance I no longer crave sweets or carbonated drinks which just makes it so much easier. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal but I will do so one step at a time.
