TikToker @thatdaneshguy exposes yet another online Covid bully and there might be legal implications. But so far, all I have seen are the claims of Jody Pendleton who in his tiktok video claims he fired 46 of his 138 employees due to Biden’s upcoming mandate that employees must be vaccinated in companies with more than 100 people. It is not yet clear if those 46 people were actually fired or if Jody Pendleton is simply pushing an anti vaccination or political agenda on social media. I have researched all local news sites and social media but couldn’t find any mentioning of mass employment termination. Aftercall 46 terminations across four restaurants would cause some stir I imagine but who knows right?
The internet is a small place, and although the video has only aired about one hour ago, the comment section is already buzzing with feedback from lawyers and viewers. It is only a matter of time before we know the truth.
What is Papa Ronis?
Papa Ronis is a small pizza restaurant chain in Ohio that consists of three restaurants, the owner or owning company also runs a BBQ grill restaurant called CountrySide BBQ. Until 2019, reviews on TripAvisor were excellent but the last few reviews were not that good.

So here are some corrections I found out last night and today:
- Jody Pendleton is NOT the owner of the chain, he is (or was) the district manager. This should have been clear as his name was not on the “about page” of Papa Ronis
- Jody Pendleton posted a video in which he mentioned that he was fired. Apparently he also ousted his ex-boss for being at capitol riot.
